
Ministerial
The CMC Ministerial includes the bishops, conference pastors, and all deacons and pastors of the local church. The ministerial meets monthly to encourage and pray for each other, as well as overseeing the work of all conference boards and committees and bringing constitutional changes to the membership via the annual delegate convention.
The bishops, together with the conference deacon, work together as the Executive Committee to provide vision to the Conference, execute its mission, and provide care for local ministerial teams.

The heritage committee manages the historical first Chortitz church building in Randolph Manitoba. This is a committee of 2 and is open to all Conference members with a passion for history.

The Cemetery committee manages the 19 CMC cemeteries located in Manitoba’s historic east and west reserve. This is a committee of 3 and open to all Conference members with a passion for history.

The youth committee plans Conference wide youth events. This committee is comprised of 2 ministerial and 3 representatives from local youth ministries
The 3 appointed ministerial members who serve in Nominations search for volunteers willing to serve future Conference committees and boards.

The Examination Committee is composed of the Conference executive committee and two ministerial members. Together they work to evaluate incoming ministerial members.

Board of Trustees
The purpose of this board is to manage and supervise all property and resources of the Conference. It is also responsible to prepare annual budget(s) and to regulate expenses and oversee income for the Conference. Its members are the Conference deacon and 4 local deacons appointed at the Ministerial Convention

Board of Missions
The purpose of this board is to promote missions according to the Scriptures by any legitimate and acceptable means. 3 ministerial members and 5 lay members serve on the board.

Radio Board
